"After swamping my Jon boat at the "ever windy" Antero Reservoir, I realized I needed a much bigger boat. I searched the internet for the best deal I could find and I ended up buying a used 18 ft, Deep-V from Outboard Ski and Marine. The first encounter I had with Bob (Owner/Manager) summed up his business practice and all future visits to Outboard Ski and Marine. Bob's mechanics were conducting a diagnostic check on the boat and identified a relatively expensive engine repair. Instead of "turning a blind eye," Bob ordered and installed the part at no additional cost. Bob stated that he is not in the business of selling junk and he definitely proved it to me that day. Although my boat is 12 years old, it ran great all year with no problems. Bob and Damon provide expert service at a reasonable price and I will recommend Outboard Ski and Marine to everyone I know.

"Carol & I had been looking for a Cabin Cuddy for several years, the cost was always an obstacle as these boats are almost always expensive. Outboard Marine had a 24' Cobalt they had stored for 2 years, we went and looked at it and the price was right. There was a problem with the engine so we thought the deal dead. However, in steps, Damon the service manager handled it and not only did we take the boat we received service like no other. Outboard Marine believes in customer service first that's why they will always receive my business. I recommend them to all Boaters. You can't get better service anywhere. "We drove all the way up from Santa Fe, NM when we decided to purchase a pre-owned boat. My father bought a brand new pontoon boat from Outboard and recommended them very highly. After our experience with the staff at Outboard, I can see why they come so highly recommended. Bob Sanchez is a throwback to the way good owners used to take care of their customers back in "the good old days". After purchasing our pre-owned Tahoe, I immediately felt comfortable with my decision, knew I had a quality product, and have full confidence that any service I may need on the boat will be taken care of competantly and fairly. "A few years ago we found Outboard Marine literally by driving by. We had been working with another boat dealer with whom we were repeatedly disappointed; so when we saw Outboard, we immediately stopped in.
Bob Sanchez had just bought the place and had a used jet ski on the sales floor. It only took a few minutes to realize that Bob was not your typical sales person, or business owner for that matter! He cared. That jet ski was just the beginning of our now 3 year relationship with Outboard Marine, Ski, ATV--and Bob continues to make sure that we are always well taken care of. It was easy to see that Bob was about building relationships and taking care of customers for the long haul. He, Suzy, Damon, Bo and the others regularly go out of their way to make us feel welcome and to provide excellent service.
Growing up I spent my life surrounded by boats and boaters. My grandparents and now my uncles own a boat shop in Ohio. The kind where "Uncle George" (not really my uncle) would come in just to shoot the breeze and smoke a cigar with my grandpa. There were many "Uncle George's." It was a family run business with an extended family of customers whose loyalty is unsurpassed to this day. I guess you could say that when we met Bob, it felt a little like "home". Everyone needs to make money to survive...But Bob also understands how important it is to make customers happy. We are loyal customers for life!

"Bob, Brian, Sue and everyone else were awesome! My wife and I were looking to upgrade to a new pontoon boat and the entire crew was great. They were patient and answered all of our questions. Brian took us out on the lake, after the sale, to go over everything on the boat. The store crew was friendly, patient, extremely knowledgable and not pushy.
